  Cancellation policy and changes to the booking
 
 In the unfortunate event of guest needing to cancel holiday, the owner will have to charge the entire amount paid at the moment of the cancellation.
 In the case of a change in the number of persons, days or the dates or any other change to the booking after the date of the voucher, the client has to pay the entire amount of the rental, as it's quoted in the voucher. Besides Escapestoitaly.com or the property owner or his manager reserve the right to charge the full cancellation penalty as well.
