	The villa is situated in the centre of Positano, in a highly privileged location right on the beach, and a mere stone's throw from the lively historic city centre and shops. It is without a doubt one of the most sought-after homes available, due to its enviable position, and it is for this very reason that the villa has hosted numerous stars who chose Positano as their holiday destination, including famous artists, directors, fashion designers and writers. It is ideal for those who love both worldly pleasures as well as an easy access to the sea. The villa, sized 80 sq.m., has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large dining-sitting room, kitchen and terrace. Villa has direct access to the sea.


	Positano - Villa La Vignarella - 2 + 2 pax [ID 1634] (Visits: 3234)
	Not far from the famous church called Chiesa Nuova in Positano is "La Vignarella", so-called because it is surrounded by old vineyards and vegetation even though it's in the centre of Positano. The view is wonderful with its palette of pastel Positano colours framing the sea. The house has a large terrace embellished with columns in the typical Positano style and a garden furnished with a nice outdoor shower. La Vignarella has been recently renovated. It is furnished with taste and equipped with air-conditioning, microwave oven, CD player and a washing-machine. We can recommend this house for couples on their honeymoon.


	Positano - Apartment Paradiso - 2 + 1 pax [ID 1840] (Visits: 3218)
	The apartment called Paradiso is located in a gated residential area, lying above Positano, (which is 1 km away.) The apartment is full of light and very comfortable. It has an independent entrance from one of the typical local lanes. It is equipped with a washing-machine, TV and private parking. The terrace, which has a beautiful panorama, is well-furnished with a table, chairs, deck-chairs and a barbecue. It is suitable for both sun-bathing or outside dining. Positano can be easily reached using the bus service that stops right outside the entrance gate and takes you straight into the centre of town. From there you can go on foot all the way down to the beach. The lane that leads to the residence carries on, with fantastic views, up to the little village of Monte Pertuso, where you will find some nice restaurants. From there are several walking paths that go up into the hills that border the Amalfi Coast. Sorrento is about 20 kms away, Amalfi 15 kms and Naples 55 kms. In the summer season hydrofoil ferries leave Positano for Capri and Amalfi, and from the harbour in Sorrento there is an all-year-round service for Capri, Naples and Ischia.


	Positano - Casa Miulo - 2 pax [ID 1627] (Visits: 3206)
	Casa Miulo is the pretty annex of an old Positano house, in the upper part of the town, and you get there via a flight of stairs from the main road that leads directly into the garden, which is well-cared for and full of flowers, and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Positano and of the sea. This little house lies below the main house and is quiet and completely independent. It has been furnished in the attractive taste that distinguishes Positano, which makes it particularly warm and welcoming. The double bedroom has been made by a loft on the first floor, with a little balcony that commands a superb view. In the garden, under a pergola, guests can dine outside and take in the marvellous spectacle of the panorama in tranquillity. The food shops are about 200 metres away, while the beach is about 800 metres distant.There is a good bus service, with the bus stop close to the house, which takes you in comfort to the town centre, the pay car-parks and the beach: due to the frequent difficulty of parking your car, we advise you always to use the pay car-parks in the centre of town. From Positano you can take some wonderful trips along the Amalfi Coast, or go the Naples about 50 kms away, or visit the archaeological remains at Pompei.


	Praiano - Apartments Il Gradillo [ID 1805] (Visits: 3205)
	The apartments Gradillo are situated on the edge of the attractive village of Praiano, half-way between Positano and Amalfi, in a splendidly panoramic position above the famous beach known as La Praia. From the terraces guests can enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the rocky cliffs dropping sharply to the sea, forming a deep gorge around the beach. The apartments are approached by an old road 600 m long, open only to pedestrian traffic, which crosses the village alongside old cottages and white churches all looking out over the sea. The properties, each with its own separate entrance and private panoramic terrace furnished for dining outside, are tastefully furnished with careful attention to each last detail, and embellished with hand-painted, brightly-coloured Vietri ceramic tiles. The beach at Praia is about 600 m away, and can be reached down a flight of steps that starts right by Gradillo. It takes about 10 minutes to go down on foot, and in the little inlet there are attractive restaurants right by the sea. The food shop lies at the beginning of the pedestrian road.


	Praiano - La Scaletta [ID 1760] (Visits: 3199)
	This apartment, which has been recently renovated, lies in a lovely position with a superb panorama, and from the large terrace you can take in almost all of the Gulf of Salerno, with unforgettable views. You reach the house up 100 steps, with the typical terraced vegetable gardens on all sides. The furnishings consist of functional modern pieces of good quality, equipped with air-conditioning in the living room. Our guests also have the use of a parking space about 300 metres from the house. The centre of Praiano is about 1.5 kms away, where you can find general food shops, a bar and restaurants; the nearest beach, called La Praia, is about 600 metres away and can be reached on foot. La Praia is a lovely, natural cove with a pebble beach and typical restaurants where you can savor the local cuisine, along with a bar and a famous night-club inside a grotto. In the evening it's fun to watch the local fisherman returning home in their little rowing boats. Positano is about 8 kms away and Naples about 55 kms.


	Praiano - Apartment La Rosa - 4 + 2 pax [ID 1806] (Visits: 3190)
	The La Rosa apartment is situated in the centre of Praiano, a characteristic town on the Amalfi coast located half way between Positano and Amalfi, and famous in ancient times as the summer seat of the Bishops of the ancient Marine Republic of Amalfi. The most distinctive feature of the town is undoubtedly its position, effectively poised on a small promontory sheer over the sea. For this reason every road and every house enjoys a enchanting view over the coast and the sea itself which it seems almost as if one could touch.


	Positano - La Volta - 2 + 2 pax [ID 1625] (Visits: 3183)
	Delightful apartment situated to one side of the Duomo (cathedral) in the very heart of Positano, recently renovated with care and tastefully furnished. The location of the apartment means that guests are naturally plunged straight into the delightful typical lifestyle of this beautiful seaside town. The house is in a pedestrian precinct and cannot be reached by car, but a private and sheltered private car park just 300 m away is available at a cost of €20 a day, and can be booked at the time of reservation. A luggage carrying service is also available. Other facilities include home shopping delivery and the booking at special prices of beach umbrella and loungers in a bathing establishment on the beach of Positano, which is just 100 metres away on foot. The beach is reached by a private stairway of 280 steps which takes you right to the edge of the sea. Just 100 m from the apartment is the main beach of Positano, with bathing establishments, boat hire and connections by sea with Amalfi, Sorrento and Capri. Within a radius of 200 metres are shops of every kind, characteristic venues and little restaurants. Amalfi is 14 km away, Sorrento 22 km and Naples 55 km. Welcome hamper on arrival.


	Positano - Villa Capodimonte - [ID 1745] (Visits: 3180)
	Positano has been defined the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, its unique landscape is famous throughout the world and from Villa Capodimonte you can experience all the positive sensations that have made this town so famous. The view is enchanting both during the day and at night, the colourful houses hanging on to the hill, overlooking the sea and reaching as far down as to lick the shore, almost dipping into the crystal-clear sea. Villa Capodimonte is easily accessed, something quite unusual for Positano, with a large private car park for 3 cars. The living-room areas, furnished with Mediterranean style furniture and light tapestries made of natural fabric that take on the various shades of linen, decorating windows from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. Outdoors the various terraces/sun terrace have relaxing areas and equipped areas for eating outdoors and at the same time offer a breathtaking panorama. The villa is equipped with all the modern comforts: air conditioning in all the rooms, satellite TV, Internet connection, telephone, fax, a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washing machine and other accessories, therefore perfect for a holiday and for working. The villa is equipped with a Spa area with an indoor swimming pool (4x8) open with large glass windows overlooking Positano.


	Positano - Il Gozzo - 2 pax [ID 1628] (Visits: 3177)
	This apartment lies in the centre of Positano, along the road cars are allowed to use to access the old town centre. From the little terrace, furnished with tables and chairs for dining outside, you can admire the enchanting panorama of Positano and of the sea lapping at the shore. Il Gozzo is a delightful apartment right in the centre of Positano, and you can reach everything you might need on foot: bars, restaurants, all kinds of shops, and the beach is about 700 metres away. Il Gozzo is simply and tastefully furnished and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. Positano is in a good position for day trips in all directions and via convenient public transport: from Amalfi to Ravello, from Sorrento to Capri. Cars are not needed here, but for those who wish to bring the car we recommend that you use the pay car park not far from the apartment. Sorrento is about 17 kms, Amalfi 13 kms, Positano is at the centre of the Amalfi coast.
