	Garda - Villa Lemon Garden [ID 662] (Visits: 2571)
	At the foot of the Natural parkof Monte Baldo, surrounded by the green moraines around Lake Garda and among olive-trees, sypresses and vineyards, The Lemon Garden Villa enjoys an especially cool climate and it's a few minutes away from the town of Garda. It's a place where you can spend a wonderful holiday: water or winter sports, hiking, trekking or even climbing on Monte Baldo, riding a horse or a mountain bike, playing golf, and hang -or paragliding. A rich buffet breakfast is served in the garden and in case delicious dishes of Italian cuisine are served in the elegant Restaurant "Al frantoio" nearby. Recently restored apts for 2 to 6 or more people preserve teh original features of the ancient buildings and have spacious, bright rooms with old family furniture and kitchen. Apatments are cleaned every day and linen is changed on request. The car park is covered and attended.


	Garda - Villa Garda Residence [ID 1140] (Visits: 2059)
	Villa Garda Residence has modern and comfortable apartments built on the gentle slope of the hill and arranged in six separate buildings in three different architectural styles. The complex has many different sports facilities: swimming pool (50 m x 25 m), six clay tennis courts (four with night-time lighting), American tennis school (Peter Burwash International), sauna, children’s playground, market, astro-turf five-a-side football pitch (40 m x 25 m), volleyball. A minimarket and various entertainment activities are also available to guests. While holidaying in the apartments, guests live in close contact with nature: palm trees, vineyards, colourful oleander bushes, tall cypress trees and olive trees give a pleasant feeling of tranquility. The Villa Garda reception desk is open from 8.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 19.00, to provide information and book tennis courts, breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the Hotel, as well as purchase tickets for operas and plays, excursions and fun parks (Gardaland and Canevaworld). Staff are fluent in the main European languages. The "Minimarket" sells various kinds of fresh bread, Italian and foreign daily newspapers and magazines, local produce from our farm as well as “Poiano” wines and oil.


	Bardolino - Residence Cà Bardolino [ID 1303] (Visits: 1915)
	Residence Cà Bardolino is situated in a quiet and sunny position, about 800 m from the historical centre of Bardolino. Not far away from it, runs the enchanting "Bardolino Wine Road" with its several restaurants, wineries and farmhouses, where you can taste and buy locally-produced wines and olive oil. The residence, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is a good departure point for walks and mountain bike trips to the surrounding hills or to "La Rocca di Garda", where a beautiful view over the lake can be enjoyed. Completely rebuilt, it offers 10 nice modern apartments (7 Bilo + 3 Mono) located on ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor, someone with lake view (without terrace). The residence has a big garden with pool (10m x 4m), deck chairs, beach umbrellas, garden tables, outside grill and children's playarea, shaded parking and garage, laundry (with communal washing machine).


	Custoza - Villa Custoza [ID 1237] (Visits: 1895)
	Comfortable accommodation is provided in a beautiful serene countryside in the Custoza DOC vineyards. There are five guest rooms and two suites. Each room features a bathroom, air conditioning, TV sat, direct dialling telephone, minibar and a safe-deposit box. The breakfast/dining room is a cozy space where enjoying our rich morning meal becomes a homelike pleasant experience.The «Sala della caccia» room with the daylight that filters from its ample glass windows is the ideal relaxing place for reading. The rooms and the two suites, each one different from the other, have been recently refurnished to offer a refined ambience, with lavish fabrics and antique furniture, where the style and the familiar atmosphere are typical of a country residence. Amidst green and gently rolling quiet hills, Villa Custoza offers a swimming-pool with sunbathing area, an outdoor jacuzzi, bicycles and unique walks in the neighbouring wood and a very beautiful spot, near a fresh-water spring ideal for breakfast or lunch-time. Villa Custoza is also a working wine-farm, where the owners live in an area completely separated from the one rented weekly.

	100 square metres apartment in a residential and quiet part of Lido di Venezia. It is placed at less than 5 min. on walk from boat station of Santa Maria Elisabetta and from the beach.


	Venice - Apartment Bortol - 4 pax [ID 11] (Visits: 1484)
	This lovely apartment is located next to Campo San Bortolo, a famous square located right between Saint Mark’s square and Rialto bridge. Piazza San Marco is probably the best known spot in town, and it is so important amongst locals that it is said that everyone who lives in Venice passes beyond San Marco at least once a day. The wonderful square in front of the cathedral, full of children who feed the birds, souvenir sellers and cafés with live music (some of which are probably the most expensive coffee bars in Italy!), is definitely a must for those who visit marco Polo's town. As you walk around it, don't forget to have a look at the Palazzo Ducale (Duke's Palace) and its Ponte dei Sospiri (Bridge of Sighs), which joins the courtroom with the ancient jail. For those who are not scared of heights, we recommend climbing the tower, which overlooks the entire town.


	Venice - Apartment Toor - 2-4 pax [ID 1194] (Visits: 1353)
	The ’Toor house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and it is one of the few examples of Venetian liberty style. It is separated from the church Santa Maria della Salute by a small river, which links the Canal Grande channel to the Giudecca Channel. The building has recently been restored while respecting its original features. It is equipped with all modern comforts. The house is located in a strategic position. It is near one of the most beautiful Venetian churches: Santa Maria della Salute, the masterpiece of the architect Baldassarre Longhena that dates from 1681. The church is located at the entrance of the Canal Grande (its staircase goes from the water until the church square). It is part of the Punta della Dogana area, where once the goods coming from the sea went through custom clearance and which was the most important defence point against pirate attacks. The Toor house is located in the “Zattere” zone, a large pedestrian area between Punta della Dogana and the harbour, where large cruise boats start their journey. This promenade is well known to both Venetians and tourists, as it is the ideal place for enjoying a nice walk or drinking a coffee in the bars along the way.

	Very nice independent flat, it is restored and well-furnished by a typical style. It is very comfortable for 2 people, with an additional sofa-bed for 2 people more. Composed of an entrance in a large room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, bedroom. It is furnished of whasing-machine, TV, independent heating. The flat is placed on the ground floor free from "Acqua Alta" (high-water) and humidity. Just 1 minute from Biennale exposition and "Giardini Biennale" boat-stop. Very close to Via Garibaldi.
